Prefab
 The
“prefab” method is a way of laying teakdeck, by which moulds are
made of the surfaces to be cladded. From these exact moulds the
complete teak deck is manufactured in our company.
When a ”prefab” teak deck area is ready, this will be divided in
segments, these segments will be glued on board. Among others by
vacuum technique.
Also the prefab method knows a number of systems:
On board marine plywood will be fixed with tap bolts or vacuum.
Hereon the prefab teakdecks will be fixed.
Prefab teakdeck with a “backing” which will be fixed on board under
vacuum.
Prefab teakdeck without “backing” which will be fixed on board under
vacuum.
